By purchasing and using the Stripe Checkout WHMCS module, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the module for the purpose of integrating Stripe Checkout into your WHMCS installation.
The license includes access to support and module updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, continued access requires license renewal.
Your license will be immediately terminated if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and remove the module from your installation.
By using this module, you agree to abide by the Stripe Terms of Service, including Adaptive Pricing and supported payment methods. It is your responsibility to ensure your Stripe account is configured correctly. More info at Stripe Adaptive Pricing.
The module is provided "as is," without warranties or guarantees of any kind. The author is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the module.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the author operates.
The author reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
